When you phone our office, your call will be answered by our automated attendant and you will have several options from which to choose so that you can be directed to the employee who can best help you in the appropriate department.
Parking is available in the visitor’s parking deck, a multi-story parking deck located next to the medical office tower. Enter the parking deck from the hospital’s main entrance off Peachtree Street. Please note that we do not validate parking, and prices range from $4 to $6 depending on the length of time.

Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Please note that we are closed for lunch from 12 pm to 1:30 pm.
In the case of a LIFE-THREATENING EMERGENCY, please call 911 immediately! In the case of a MEDICAL EMERGENCY (you are in labor or experiencing post-partum difficulties), please call (404) 487-2424.
We strongly encourage patients to call our office for medical problems during normal business hours; however, we recognize that problems may arise after business hours.
After 5 pm daily, please call our after-hours emergency line at (404) 487-2424. Our answering service will take your name and number and a brief description of your problem and page the on-call doctor with this information. The doctor will call you back as soon as possible.
At Greater Atlanta Women's Healthcare, we accept most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (404) 589-2670 to find out if we accept your insurance plan.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard.
If you have a question related to your bill or insurance, please contact our billing specialists at (404) 605-0255 option 6 or by logging in to your patient portal account.
If one of our doctors suggests a specialist evaluation or diagnostic testing that requires a referral, we will make every effort to provide this for you as soon as possible. Some referrals require insurance preauthorization and cannot be processed immediately. Insurance guidelines prohibit us from backdating referrals. We require three business days for the processing of routine referrals.

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Greater Atlanta Women's Healthcare are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request by calling our office at (404) 589-2670 or by logging in to the patient portal.
No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors do not have access to your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
